Connie Jerome has been affiliated with Commercial Realty, Inc. since August 2011. She brings a fresh perspective to the table, drawing from a unique blend of legal, sales, advertising, marketing and professional sports experience.
Connie is a fair but tough negotiator, vigilantly looking out for her client’s needs. She possesses strong communication, research and problem solving skills, along with acute attention to detail. She pursues her challenges with tenacity and excitement that produce superior results.
Background
As a legal assistant in the commercial real estate department of a world-class law firm in Phoenix, Connie received a vast education in commercial real estate law as it relates to contracts and litigation. Working for smaller firms in Michigan afforded her the opportunity to handle residential work, including purchase, sale and litigation.
Connie travelled throughout the country as a semi-professional pool player, which eventually led her to marketing, sales and advertising opportunities. Through playing, teaching, directing tournaments, and working booths at expos and competitions, she has had the honor and privilege of building many strong, long-lasting fiduciary relationships.
From an executive standpoint, Connie currently owns PoolPlayersforHire.com, an advertising website, and formerly co-owned a construction clean-up business, Genacon.
Education and License
Connie attended Lansing Community College to study basic law classes, and Oakland Community College for business. She is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Salesperson (#6501369130).
